Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform laboratory tests that aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests on patient samples.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Analyze test results and relay accurate findings to physicians or medical staff.
• Prepare specimens for examination and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain and update laboratory records and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Valid license/certification from the Medical Laboratory Science Council or a relevant regulatory body.
• Proven experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) and software.
