Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Doctor, based in Abuja. The Medical Doctor will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage various medical conditions in patients.
• Daily responsibilities include examining patients, creating tailored treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining detailed patient records.
• The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure high-quality care and making evidence-based decisions to support patient health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, with skills in medical assessment, clinical decision-making, and patient management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff effectively and empathetically.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to healthcare standards and protocols.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on medical advancements and best practices.
• Medical degree and licensure to practice medicine in Nigeria; specialization or certification in relevant medical fields is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, or family healthcare is preferred.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
