Medical Aesthetician at Talent Flow consulting

We are recruiting a skilled and certified Medical Aesthetician to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced skincare treatments, assist in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and educate clients on skincare regimens. This role requires expertise in aesthetic treatments, a strong customer service approach, and the ability to work alongside medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Assist in advanced cosmetic treatments like Botox, fillers, and skin rejuvenation under medical supervision.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and recommended products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in medical aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Certification/Diploma in Medical Aesthetics, Dermatology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and advanced skincare treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or aesthetic practitioners.
• Experience with aesthetic equipment and medical-grade skincare products.
