• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in capturing visually compelling content to showcase our properties and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Conceptualize and plan video shoots for residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborate with the Agent/ sales team to understand the unique selling points of each property and develop a creative approach for video content.
• Execute high-quality video production, ensuring that the footage aligns with the company's branding.
• Virtual Tours: Develop immersive virtual tour videos for selected properties, providing potential buyers with an interactive and detailed walkthrough experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify properties that would benefit most from virtual tours.and marketing objectives.
• Camera Operation: Operate and maintain professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ensure proper framing, composition, and focus to capture the best possible footage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cinematography equipment.
• Post-Production: Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to produce polished and engaging videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to make necessary revisions and ensure the final product meets the company's standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for video content.
• Location Scouting: Conduct on-site visits to potential properties to assess the best angles and lighting for video shoots.
• Provide recommendations for improving the visual appeal of properties based on cinematographic considerations.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and organize all cinematography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Keep an inventory of equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Adherence to Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of video content.
• Communicate any potential delays or challenges to the team in a proactive manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architectural cinematography work.
• Proficiency in using video editing software and a good understanding of post-production processes.
• Knowledge of current trends in cinematography and video production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take creative initiative.
