Media Executive / Telemarketer at Darren Davies Properties

Key Responsibilities:

Telemarketing & Lead Generation:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote available properties and real estate investment opportunities. 
• Follow up on leads generated through online and offline campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for property inspections or consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions on the system.
• Provide clients with detailed property information, pricing, and payment options

Social Media Management 

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Create and post engaging content (script writing, videos, fliers and captions) showcasing properties, client testimonials, and company updates.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Respond to enquiries and messages on all social media platforms
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of combined experience in telemarketing and social media management, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence with persuasive sales ability.
• Proficiency Microsoft tools and social media management platforms.
• Creativity in content creation using appropriate tools 
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
