Mechatronic Procurement Teamlead at Raedial Holdings Limited

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
• Developing design documents for mechanical parts and final products.
• Identifying areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and making recommendations for improvement.
• To ensure daily production targets are met, and continuously monitor and improve production yields to ensure efficiency of palm oil mill and accuracy of reported information
• Establishing preventive maintenance methods
• Analyzing machinery and tools to report fault or broken items.
• Lead maintenance team in troubleshooting and repair. 
• Supervise general operations and send daily report
• Coordinate routing maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment. Including generators, tractors and vehicles.
• keep up to date inventory records, how and when there were used and need for replacement
• And any other duty assigned by the line manager

Qualifications/Experience:

• Degree in Mechatronics engineering or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems installation, maintenance, and repair, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergency call-outs
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
