JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTROL VALVES

• Dismantling from position and installing at position — client scope

BEAMCO SCOPE:

• Check for friction sticking, flashing. cavitation. choked flow. acoustic noise. erosion. and chemical corrosion in the Workshop.
• Remove all electrical and pneumatic connections to the control Valve including positioner.
• Dismantle the control Valve bonnet top flange along With actuator yoke,
• inspect the valve internals and service the valve.
• DCI Reports issuing
• Replace the damaged parts with OEM Spares.
• all electrical and pneumatic Connections to the Control valve including positioner.
• Test functionality Of the System.
• Final Reports issuing
• Handover to client
• Inspection and Visual Examination:
• Inspect the PSV tor signs ot damage. corrosion. or wear.
• Check tor proper labelling and documentation. including the PSV's Set pressure.

Functional Testing:

• perform functional tests to ensure the PSV opens Ot the Correct Set pressure using test bench or o controlledsystem.
• Verity that the PSV fully opens and Closes without sticking Or chattering.

Overhaul and Repair;

• Disassembling. cleaning. and inspecting internal components.
• DCI reports issuing
• Replace worn or damaged parts as needed. including seals. springs, and discs with OEM parts

Calibration and Adjustment;

• Calibrate the PSV to ensure it opens at the specified Set pressure. Adjust if
• Ensure that the PSV remains Within its allowable tolerance range.
• Final Reports issuing
