We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of 7 years' experience to join our team. The Candidate for this position should be detail-oriented and willing to learn. The candidate should be able to follow instructions, work with others, and help ensure that all safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that production machinery and ancillaries are readily available for production
• Responsible for monitoring all mechanical equipment and issue jobs for his subordinates
• Carry out efficient repair work, requested from breakdown or Plant modification
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the Company’s safety policies.

Qualification & Experience

• HND or B. Engineering (Maintenance)
• Minimum of 7 years experience

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good knowledge of engineering practice and maintenance software (Synchro)
• Knowledge of plant and equipment installation and maintenance
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
