    Mechanical Engneer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment across engineering projects.
    • The successful individual must be capable of leading technical tasks, ensuring quality compliance, and delivering on-time project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and review mechanical designs, technical specifications, and engineering drawings for systems, piping, HVAC, machinery, and related components.
    • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk analysis for mechanical systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, procurement, and other engineering disciplines.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and engineering codes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design, installation, and operation. Participate in site visits, technical inspections, and audits.
    • Field supervision and construction support experience. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and proposals as needed.
    • Experience in rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and pipeline systems. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–5 years proven experience in mechanical design and field execution, preferably in an engineering or oil & gas services company.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant design software.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical codes and industry standards (ASME, API, ISO).
    • Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Caesar II, HAP, or Revit MEP).
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Membership of COREN/NSE or relevant professional body is an added advantage.
