    Mechanical Engineer – Plastic Line

    • Manage plastic injection and blowing molding tool design, fabrication, process parameter development and validation during process development and qualification.
    • Expertise in analytical modeling and analysis of tooling concepts and design using simulation tools such as Auto Desk Moldflow, Moldx3D Expert
    • Drive analytical modeling and analysis of plastic Injection and blowing molding tooling concepts and design. Identify potential new tooling concepts and processes.
    • Apply knowledge of plastics and material science to support the development of critical components from resin to finished product
    • Hands on material analysis, prototype development and testing
    • Create, revise drawings and apply GD&T as needed
    • Develop and optimize secondary operations such as ultrasonic welding, laser welding, surface enhancements,
    • Installation and startup of development or production equipment
    • Standard PPE will be provided
    • Engineering Designs and Analysis with an emphasis in structural foam plastic injection molded parts, processes, and tooling
    • Skills & Requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree in science or Manufacturing Engineering
    • Minimum of 3 -5 years cognate experience in Plastic Production
    • Knowledge of scientific decoupled molding, material trials and high precision metrology
    • Proficient with the use of Design For Manufacturing, SPC, DOE and Six Sigma techniques

    • Salary
      N100, 000 – 150,000 Monthly.
