    Mechanical Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry to oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the mechanical integrity of the plant, including equipment, machinery, and facilities.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including equipment failures and process disruptions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and procurement, to drive operational excellence.
    • Implement process improvements and optimize plant layouts to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage budgets and costs associated with maintenance and repairs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
    • Proven track record of managing and maintaining complex mechanical systems.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficient in CAD design and familiar with industry-standard software.
