Mechanical Engineer at Avixio Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products based on project requirements.
• Create detailed 2D/3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Analyze design feasibility, cost, and performance using simulation tools and calculations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Ensure all mechanical designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals.
• Support the manufacturing process by addressing design issues, improving efficiency, and assisting with prototyping and production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, development, and testing.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in [aerospace/automotive/industrial machinery/HVAC/etc.] industries.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
• Experience with PLM systems and product lifecycle management.
