Responsibilities

• Performing routine checks, lubrication, and adjustments (e.g., oil changes, filter changes) on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues and repairing or replacing components like motors, pumps, conveyors, and valves.
• Assembling, installing, and configuring new or refurbished machinery, often based on blueprints or technical manuals.
• Inspecting machines during operation for signs of wear and conducting tests to ensure systems meet safety and quality standards.
• Updating maintenance logs, creating service reports, and documenting repairs.
• Adhering to safety standards and identifying safety hazards in the workplace.
