Rayfield Medical Services Ltd seeks an experienced Matron to oversee and coordinate nursing services within the hospital while ensuring quality patient care, staff management, compliance with healthcare standards, nursing policy implementation, training, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing & Midwifery
- Current NMCN license
- Additional nursing management qualification is an advantage
- Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC clinical experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications is essential
