Job Summary
- We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Matron to join our healthcare team.
- As a Matron, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing operations and patient care delivery.
- Support and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards.
- Oversee daily nursing operations and manage nursing staff
- Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing teams
- Foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and professionalism
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes
Requirements/ Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Nursing / RN (Registered Nurse) certification.
- Current license with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Current Nigerian Nursing Council (NNC) registration
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Proficiency in relevant clinical systems (desirable.
