Materials & Logistics Supervisor at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

Job Description

• The Materials & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for controlling the flow of raw materials and finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring production is never interrupted due to inventory or logistics failures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatch of all materials and products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
• Ensure FIFO compliance and enforce warehouse SOPs and best practices
• Enforce 5S standards for orderliness, safety, and cleanliness
• Monitor stock variances and investigate discrepancies promptly
• Enforce access control and stock movement security protocols
• Coordinate logistics, loading/unloading, and delivery schedules
• Liaise with procurement, production, and finance on material flow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND / BSc in Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business-related field
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse or inventory operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock movement, and documentation
• ERP system experience; excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong leadership, discipline, and ability to enforce SOPs on the floor
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
