Marketing Supervisor at Transsion Holdings

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the role of Marketing Supervisor with our Transsion Holdings (CDNL) in Onitsha & Abuja.

Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide strength to company’s brand position in assigned regional marketing area. 
• Head development and execution process of GTM in the region.
• Plan and manage regional marketing budget.
• Manage and develop all OOH and POSM materials in the region.
• Plan and manage all marketing activities in the region.
• Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
• Develop execution plan and manage field team by implementing plan..
• Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans.
• Analyze competitors activities .
• Evaluate productiveness and marketing initiatives ROI.
• Participate and assist regional manager to direct developing creative strategies to improve the region.
• Support Marketing director to manage crisis management.
• Material management.
• Manage all promotional activities in the region

Experience, Qualifications, Competencies and Attributes

• HND/BSc/MSc
• Good Understanding of Marketing/Point of sales materials
• Proficiency in use of MS Excel/PowerPoint
• Strong Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good Creative skills/Team player
• Offline event experience (4years and above)
• Good communication skills
• Age 22-38 years.
