Marketing Supervisor II (Ecommerce) at Hexavia Limited

Job Brief

• Our client looking to hire a marketing supervisor to promote one of their tech products which is an e-commerce app that focuses on hot deals from merchants.
• The role of the marketing supervisor involves coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events and demos.
• The marketing supervisor will be responsible for leading the marketing team and preparing the marketing budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the performance of employees in the marketing department
• Develop and execute advertising programs and external marketing.
• Keep abreast of competitor's activity evaluating key strengths and weaknesses and recommending any necessary tactical actions.
• Prepare ,marketing strategy and write action plans to attain specific objectives.
• Plan and coordinate marketing efforts aimed at growing the firm and the organic movement.
• Oversee processes through which the marketing team works with internal and external projects.
• Help to develop strategic marketing pitches for products and services.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being full aware of competition status.
• Align various marketing activities to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or any other field
• Must have at least 2 years experience in the e-commerce sector.
• Must have up to 3 years experience in digital marketing and online promotion including Google ads, SEO, canva and email marketing (mailchimp)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
• Most preferably reside on the island.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
