Job Summary 

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead brand visibility, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies within our fashion/beauty business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Manage digital and offline marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
• Oversee social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities/trends.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, activations, and promotional events.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience as a Marketing Supervisor/Marketing Executive within Fashion, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, or Personal Care industry (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
