Role Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist at our client's retail company, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote eco-friendly and sustainable consumer goods. You will play a key role in raising brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote eco-friendly and sustainable consumer products, targeting environmentally-conscious consumers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and product descriptions, to attract and retain customers.
• Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
• Coordinate promotional events and activities, including product launches, pop-up shops, and community outreach programs, to raise awareness and drive sales.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eco-friendly marketing, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable consumer goods market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
