Marketing & Relationship Officer at Nuvision iCare Centre

Job Summary

• Building Brand awareness through corporate marketing and ensuring that messaging and marketing are aligned with brand/company values.
• Build, retain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, partners, and referral centres. 
• Proactively identify and follow through on new business opportunities with potential clients in the public and private sector.
• Writing, preparing & submitting proposals, letters, executing programmes, upselling and cross selling optical products when possible.
• Operate the organisation digital platforms, and work with management to create content, optimise social media to drive business growth
• Handle Feedbacks, Customer complaints and assist management to resolve amicably any service problems without delay.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports that track marketing activities viz a viz sales and measure business performance against goals
• Promote desired organisational culture, foster effective communication throughout the organisation and ensure adherence to SOPs to improve productivity.
