The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, experience within multinational environments, and a solid understanding of marketing execution—preferably within retail or fintech sectors.

Requirements

• Mid/Senior-level experience in Operations Management, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Background in retail or fintech is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Marketing experience or exposure to brand/field marketing operations.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools for creating simple posters or flyers.
