• We are seeking a knowledgeable, creative, and motivated Marketing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Assist with the creation of marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and other communication channels.
• Help manage the organisation’s social media platforms and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using relevant marketing data and analytics.
• Support events, product launches, customer engagement activities, and public relations initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and marketing partners.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing materials, databases, and customer information.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Essential Requirements

• A Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong academic or practical background in marketing.
• Good knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, social media, and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, intelligent, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with social media management, content creation, email marketing, or SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools.
• Previous internship, placement, volunteer, or part-time experience in marketing.
• Understanding of branding, customer engagement, and campaign reporting.
