Job Summary

As a Marketing Officer at Zylag, you will be responsible for signing up and onboarding retail stores and merchants onto our platform. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies to acquire new retail stores and merchants, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Store Acquisition: Identify, approach, and sign up new retail stores and merchants to join the Zylag platform.
• Onboarding and Support: Provide comprehensive onboarding and support to ensure a smooth transition for new retail stores and merchants.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail stores and merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Brand Awareness: Promote the Zylag brand through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and events.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on retail store acquisition, onboarding, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Education: OND/HND/BSC
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the eCommerce or retail industry.
