Job Summary

• The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the bank’s objectives.

• Organize promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing within the financial services sector or microfinance.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and community engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
