The Marketing Officer will drive revenue growth, student enrolment, corporate training, and strategic partnerships for Del York Creative Academy. The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and business development strategies that support tuition revenue, corporate training income, sponsorships, and digital learning expansion.
This role requires a commercially minded professional who can translate market opportunities into revenue through enrolment growth, enterprise partnerships, and high-impact brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive tuition revenue across film cohorts, and professional programs.
Build and manage a strong sales funnel across individual learners and institutional clients, optimizing conversion from lead to enrolment.
Secure revenue across multiple streams including physical programs, hybrid learning, and digital offerings.
Lead end-to-end enrolment campaigns across all academy programs, with targeted audience segmentation and acquisition strategies.
Build long-term sponsor relationships, develop proposals with ROI projections, and secure funding/in-kind support from brands aligned with DCA’s mission.
Run targeted digital & offline campaigns to fill course slots for all DCA programmes, using audience data and market insights to attract learners across segments.
Optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes using data-driven insights.
Identify potential learners, nurture leads via email/CRM and other conversion tools and techniques and showcase outcomes, success stories, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
Structure and negotiate deals with clear payment milestones, timelines, and favorable commercial terms.
Secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships, including developing tiered offerings such as branded cohorts and talent pipeline initiatives.
Manage and grow partner relationships to ensure long-term value, repeat business, and brand alignment.
Drive commercialization of the Academy’s Production Lab by securing corporate production projects and collaborations.
Strengthen DCA’s identity across social, web, and print and turn the value of our programmes into compelling stories, visuals, and content that converts.
Track and report on key commercial metrics, providing insights to continuously improve revenue, partnerships, and overall ROI.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3–8 years experience in marketing, business development, or commercial roles.
Proven track record of driving revenue, partnerships, or program enrolment.
Strong experience in B2B sales, sponsorship deals.
Experience in education, media, creative, or training sectors is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple revenue streams simultaneously.
