A vacancy has arisen in a leading Manufacturing Company

The Marketing Officer will be required to provide complete/relevant solutions to customers, sell and promote products of the company in order to boost revenue growth and develop/maintain existing and potential customers whilst keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

The Marketing Officer will report to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

•  OND/HND in any Field.
•  Minimum of Four (4) years’ relevant work experience in a Manufacturing Industry
•  Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• Excellent Communication and Organizational skills.
•  Proven success rate at levels above target.
•  Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive will be an added advantage.

Job Description

In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful Candidate will:

• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the marketing process and identifying pain points at every stage of the marketing cycle.
• Partner with Marketing teams to define process and analyze campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
• Utilize product demos and presentations.
• Support Sales Manager in planning, target setting and documentation, in alignment with business objectives.
•  Identify potential marketing problems and suggest prompt solutions.
•  Identify and understand both the employees and the business needs and drive the necessary capability interventions.
• Maintain documentation on marketing processes and policies.
• Ensures that the marketing activity execution/activation calendar, is optimized in line with field sales capacity and capability.
