Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Customer Acquisition:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, identify and engage prospective customers, promote the company's loan products and financial services, and collaborate with the business development team to achieve customer acquisition and portfolio growth targets.

Job Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 0 - 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition within a financial institution, fintech, microfinance bank, or loan company.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
