• Our client is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Promote international travel packages, flight bookings, visa assistance, tours, and related travel services.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Create engaging marketing content, including promotional materials, newsletters, videos, and social media posts.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, travel trends, and new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, and return on investment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate organisations, travel partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, exhibitions, and other brand activities.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support lead generation and conversion.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Tourism, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing and design tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, brand positioning, and sales conversion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for travel and knowledge of international travel services will be an advantage.
