Salary: ₦130,000 – ₦200,000 Monthly
Location: Lagos (Remote-friendly, but must be Lagos-based)
The Kclaut is Nigeria’s fastest-growing social media marketing platform, with over 5 million orders delivered and counting. We’re hiring a proactive and visionary Marketing Manager who’s ready to take full charge of our marketing direction, performance, and creative output.
We want someone who’s not just good — but driven, creative, analytical, and reliable, with a strong bias for execution and growth.
Your Role
You’ll lead and manage all marketing efforts that drive brand visibility, customer growth, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Telegram, and Email
- Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Create and schedule engaging content using apps like CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot, or similar
- Lead all email marketing flows (welcome series, promo campaigns, retention emails)
- Coordinate influencer campaigns – from outreach to performance tracking
- Launch and manage our affiliate & referral program
- Help set up a campus ambassador program for offline growth
- Execute smart growth experiments (e.g. WhatsApp marketing, user invites, bonus systems)
- Report weekly KPIs and suggest actionable improvements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
- Proficient in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or Klaviyo
- Comfortable using content creation apps (CapCut, Canva, VN, etc.)
- Experience working with influencers and managing performance campaigns
- Familiar with affiliate/referral growth strategies
- Based in Lagos and available for occasional offline meetings
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for growth targets
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience building or managing Telegram & WhatsApp marketing funnels
- Can independently manage marketing calendars and meet campaign deadlines
- Understands SMM panels or digital service-based products
