Job Overview

• We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth by creating and selling real estate projects, investment offers, and construction services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development & Strategy: Develop innovative real estate and infrastructure investment products, aligning with Afrihood's offerings and market trends.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and partners.
• Content Creation & Media Hosting:
• Create compelling content (blog posts, videos, podcasts) for digital platforms, promoting Afrihood's value proposition and successes in real estate and infrastructure development.
• Host webinars, workshops, and online events to educate potential clients and investors.
• Develop thought leadership pieces, showcasing expertise in real estate and infrastructure.
• Pitching & Presentation: Deliver high-quality, persuasive pitches to secure funding and partnerships for Afrihood's projects.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
• Financial & Investment Expertise: Provide expert financial insight and recommendations based on market data and analysis.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, investment management, or a similar role within real estate, infrastructure, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and infrastructure development in Africa.
• Demonstrable experience in crafting financial products and investment pitches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
