The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in managing social media platforms, managing engaging contents, and developing creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and growth.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• ​​​​​Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Managing and growing their presence across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Engaging with customers and building relationships through targeted online and offline marketing activities.
• Coordinating promotional events, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
• Analyzing marketing data and trends to adjust strategies and maximize ROI.
• Representing the restaurant as a brand ambassador at various events and functions.
• Collaborating closely with the restaurant team to align marketing campaigns with operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Well-spoken, confident, and excellent presentation skills.
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to adapt strategies to meet their needs.
• A passion for food, dining experiences, and creating memorable moments for customers.
