    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to execute online and offline marketing campaigns effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to align with business goals.
    • Oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and print advertising.
    • Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
    • Create engaging marketing content for corporate collateral, website, blogs, and social media.
    • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials.

    Sales & Lead Generation

    • Develop marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
    • Work closely with the sales team to create sales-ready tools and messaging.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities.
    • Track and measure marketing campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.

    Project Management

    • Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Oversee creative production, including graphic design, video production, and web development.
    • Maintain marketing reports, analyze performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5-7 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in brand/product management in FMCG, retail, or hospitality.
    • Strong experience in digital marketing, direct response campaigns, and brand positioning.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
