As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into impactful campaigns, driving execution across multiple channels, and optimizing marketing performance to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and event channels to achieve business objectives
Manage campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to maximize results
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
Drive customer engagement through data-driven marketing, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand communications, preferably within the fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign execution, marketing automation, and multi-channel communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
