    Marketing Executive

    Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3years’ experience in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and delivering measurable results across digital and traditional channels.
    • This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong, recognizable brands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to support business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
    • Drive brand awareness and engagement through creative campaigns and initiatives.
    • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, activations, and product launches.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing, preferably within consumer products or service-driven industries.
    • Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns that drive sales and business growth.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
