Job Summary

• We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting the bank’s financial products and services, attracting new members, mobilizing deposits, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the cooperative bank’s financial products and services to individuals, groups, and businesses.
• Identify and recruit new members into the cooperative.
• Mobilize savings and deposits from customers and cooperative members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement with the cooperative.
• Conduct field marketing activities, community outreach, and promotional campaigns.
• Educate prospective clients about the benefits of joining the cooperative and its financial offerings.
• Achieve assigned deposit mobilization and membership growth targets.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities, leads, and customer engagement.
• Represent the cooperative bank professionally during marketing and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, preferably in banking, cooperative societies, or financial institutions.

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or financial services marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet assigned marketing and deposit targets.
• Good networking and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
