Job Responsibilities

• Work with team to develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communication campaign for the organization.
• Carry out periodic competitors’ analysis as required to review company competitiveness.
• Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
• Handles sales presentations for prospects.
• Sends enrollee forms in a timely and effective version for ID card processing
• Receive and dispatch ID Cards and other official correspondences
• Collate and send all claims to the HQ
• Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets, pipelines / prospects
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

• HND in Marketing, Nursing, Microbiology, Insurance or any other relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the HMO Industry
• Marketing Research
• Decision-Making Skills

• Analytical skill
• Interpersonal Skills:

• HMO Experience is an added advantage.
