    Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Executive with a strong background in brand and traditional marketing, particularly someone who is confident working independently on event setups and logistics.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility, promote our automotive products and services, and drive customer engagement and sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Brand Marketing & Campaign Development: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
    • Event Coordination: Take ownership of event planning and physical setup—especially during exhibitions, sponsorships, and in-house activations.
    • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to shape marketing initiatives.
    • Traditional Marketing Focus: Prioritize offline marketing tactics such as branded materials, publications, and in-person activations.
    • Social Media Support: While not digital-focused, the role includes collaboration with digital teams to ensure consistent messaging.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and service teams to align on marketing goals and deliverables.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify improvement areas.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive.
    • Strong project management skills and a hands-on approach to execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • 3 Years experience in a similar role
    • Proximity to Victoria Island Lagos is Necessary

    • Vendor relationship management
    • Team collaboration and adaptability
