Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth for our epoxy and polyurethane (PU) flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing initiatives targeting the construction, industrial, commercial, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company\'s products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in business development activities.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional content.
• Build relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate exhibitions, product launches, and marketing events.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, paints, chemicals, or industrial products.
• Strong digital marketing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
