    Marketing Coordinator

    The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and executing local marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role involves managing local campaigns, cultivating partnerships, and implementing customer-focused promotions that drive growth within designated markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Local Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute localized marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations to align with broader brand objectives and drive customer engagement.
    • Partnership Management: Identify, build, and maintain strategic relationships with local businesses, vendors, influencers, and community stakeholders to enhance brand reach and visibility.
    • Customer Promotions: Develop and roll out effective, region-specific promotional offers and loyalty initiatives that resonate with the target audience and support customer acquisition and retention.
    • Regional Engagement: Monitor local market trends, gather customer insights, and use data to inform marketing strategies. Ensure all regional activities contribute meaningfully to overall business goals.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
    • Performance Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI. Use feedback to refine future strategies and improve execution.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or field marketing
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Ability to build relationships and manage external partnerships
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing tools/platforms
    • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Flexibility to work on-site and travel within assigned regions as neede
