Responsibilities
To carry out your role:

• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns.
• Your creativity will shine as you create captivating content for various channels like social media, radio, television, email marketing, and the website.
• Additionally, you'll play a vital role in managing their digital presence and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Other Responsibilities:

• Public Relations Responsibility:You will develop relationships with relevant media outlets and pitch stories to gain positive press coverage.
• Marketing Responsibility:You will develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Brand Responsibility:You will take great care to establish PressOne as a world-class brand to the public, potential customers, employees and investors.
• Content Responsibility:You will take responsibility for quality of content across all social media and digital channels; ensuring consistent visual identity and tone of voice.
• Stakeholder Management Responsibility: You will organize and participate in industry networking events; to connect with regulators, potential customers & partners.
• Partnerships Responsibility:You will identify and collaborate with other organizations or individuals to expand reach and achieve marketing goals.

What you should have

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven 6 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role with at least 3-6 years PR experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills which could be demonstrated by communicating directly with the CEO.
• Excellent taste in design.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices.

The ideal candidate:

• The ideal candidate is smart and scrappy, willing to figure out what you don't know to get stuff done with minimum supervision.
• This person has a bias towards action and would rather get stuff done than overthink it. Lastly, this person has excellent taste and a very high bar for what goes into the market
