Marketing Associate at CIG Motor Ltd

Job Summary: 

• The Marketing Associate provides hands-on support for daily marketing activities, assisting with campaign execution, coordination, reporting, and on-ground roll-outs. The role supports the marketing team in delivering timely, accurate, and well-executed marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
• Support coordination of creative requests, production timelines, printing, distribution, and installation of marketing materials.
• Work with Sales and Dealership teams to deploy showroom toolkits and promotional collateral.
• Support basic community management activities, including content posting coordination and escalation of feedback.
• Maintain and update marketing trackers such as campaign calendars, vendor trackers, and deliverables logs.
• Support simple reporting including weekly activity updates, campaign summaries, and execution feedback.
• Provide on-ground support during events, activations, and promotional roll outs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing support, coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work with vendors, printers, and activation teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Timely support of campaign and activation execution.
• Accuracy of marketing trackers and reports.
• Quality support during activations and on-ground roll-outs.
