Marketing and Sales Representative at Kinlos Capital Partners (KCP)

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a sales representative professional with an extensive network of customers in the FMCG space.
• The successful applicant will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s growth.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through targeted distribution channels.
• Establishing pricing strategies
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
• Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.

Required Technical Skills / Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant discipline
• At least 2 years verifiable work experience in sales and marketing within a similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of markets in Abuja and environs
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft application tool- MS word, MS excel and power point.
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to pivot with changing priorities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills including the ability to explain complex information succinctly and effectively.
• Highest degree of integrity and professionalism required.
