Marketing and Sales Manager at HiiT Plc

Role Summary: To provide effective and efficient marketing leadership for HiiT Training Services in Abuja in accordance with management’s Business Plan.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose and manage Marketing Plans that are capable of meeting management’s objectives for each financial period.
• To plan and implement Marketing Budget for HiiT Training Services in Abuja in accordance with Management’s Marketing Objectives and Standards.
• Optimally manage all Marketing resources (Human Resources, Marketing Assets, Customers, etc.) to achieve set objectives.
• Conduct strategic Marketing research in line with Business Objectives.
• Provide effective and efficient Marketing Leadership that are result-oriented.
• Propose new Training Products, Methodologies & Innovations to achieve short term business objectives, but in conformity with HiiT Visions, Missions and Goals.

Pre-requisites

• Degree/HND from any discipline.
• Minimum of Three years’ Marketing experience in the ICT or FMC Industry.
• Demonstrable customer-friendly qualities.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Must be Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and must be Internet Savvy.

Age-  30 years & below.
