    Marketing and Sales Coordinator

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage employees’ daily operations and performance.
    • Design sales strategies and processes.
    • Generate reports regarding the status of the department.
    • Maintain filing systems and database of sales records.
    • Hire and train new employees.
    • Manage departmental budgets.
    • Responds to client concerns.
    • Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.
    • Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development, and performance assessment are adhered to and completed promptly.
    • In addition to using observational information to understand the way the company works, data analysis is an essential key to the growth and understanding of the business. This means knowledge in collating, graphing, and analyzing information, such as sales representatives' field data, marketing, production, and revenue data among others is a MUST.
    • Knowledge in inventory management is a MUST. Keeping track of inventory levels in the stockrooms, monthly/regular stock take, advising management on stock levels, and production to ensure Sales Reps have stock available for customers.
    • Develop good relationships with our business partners including our outsourcing Printers/Presses, schools, vendors, and others in the industry.
    • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with our customers/schools and other stakeholders.
    • Telemarketing, using the pool of data to engage clients to secure reviews, adoptions, and orders for our products.
    • Delivering promotional products to clients on request based on the telemarketing exercises, and this requires the company’s Product Knowledge.
    • Attend in-house Sales Management Review Training and provide support to Sales Reps.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Management or related field.
    • Two years experience in a marketing/sales position.
    • Good understanding of resource management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight, ability to identify growth opportunities.
    • Excellent coordination skills
    • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledgeable in current market regulations and trends.
    • Ability to drive, with a current driving license will be an added advantage.
