    Marketing and Partnership Specialist

    Role Description

    • The Marketing & Partnerships specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing marketing campaigns, securing strategic partnerships (especially with real estate agents, micro-influencers, chains (businesses with multiple outlets) and developers), and increasing brand awareness across digital and offline channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads via social media, referral campaigns, and cold outreach.
    • Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and email marketing funnels to convert leads into customers..
    • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to attract quality leads.

    Real Estate & Strategic Partnerships:

    • Identify and engage real estate agents, developers, property managers and business partners.
    • Develop partnership proposals showcasing the benefits of solar solutions for their clients.
    • Attend networking events and industry conferences to build strong relationships and inquire about their market needs.
    • Conduct webinars and events to build awareness.

    Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness:

    • Oversee social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) with engaging content.
    • Recute micro-influencer campaigns targeting residents, homeowners, and businesses.
    • Oversee and optimize SEO and online presence through blog posts, landing pages, and targeted keywords.

    Advertising & Performance Tracking:

    • Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads).
    • Track KPIs (impressions, website traffic, lead conversion rates, ad performance).
    • Utilize CRM tools to monitor and report on sales pipeline progress.

     Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales (preferably in renewable energy or related industries).
    • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
    • Experience using CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and networking skills.
    • Ability to negotiate and close partnership deals with real estate agents and developers.
    • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
