    Marketing and Communications Manager

    AVAILABLE OPENING IN A REAL ESTATE COMPANY  FOR THE ROLE OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

    SUMMARY:

    The role will be responsible for developing strategies and execution tactics that communicate company’s brand message. The role involves working with different multi-functional teams in establishing a superb brand profile for company’s business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications, and public relations functions of the business, with provision for succession.
    • Contribute to and develop the company’s marketing and PR plans including planning yearly promotional schedule and operating budget.
    • Ensure that all internal and external communications maintain a consistent and professional image and messaging.
    • Responsible for content production including the design of marketing materials, PR, and social media posts and advertising.
    • Analyze campaign performance based on data, providing insightful optimization numbers for the commercial department.
    • Conduct regular product audits, establishing the playbook and driving the standards for product readiness.
    • Providing regular data on Competitor Analysis & Customer retention. (NPS)
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
    • Maintain the right level of awareness on media presence at product level and at a corporate brand image level.
    • Provide guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures, and monitoring and following up on specific tasks and project deliverables.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A first degree in any related discipline.
    • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Real Estate Sales.  
    • Extensive and growing knowledge of the luxury/ultra-luxury real estate market and competitive landscape.
    • Knowledge of the PR/OOH/Media/Digital space and be creative to keep the product in the minds of customers.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
    • Self-motivated and a proven ability to problem-solve.
    • Pro-active, highly innovative and energetic.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills of written and verbal English.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.
