Marketing and Communications Lead at Leanx Support and Consulting

Job Summary

• The Marketing and Communications Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and communication campaigns for Leanx Support and its digital platform.
• This role involves increasing brand awareness, generating engagement, driving sales, supporting user acquisition and retention, as well as managing external and internal communications.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, creative, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to promote Leanx Support’s services and digital platform.
• Lead digital marketing efforts including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
• Manage brand messaging and ensure consistent visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
• Design and coordinate campaigns for major events, launches, and initiatives.
• Liaise with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop engaging promotional materials.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and internal/external communications.
• Monitor marketing metrics and campaign performance; provide detailed analytics and reports to leadership.
• Manage public relations efforts and maintain positive brand visibility in the community and industry.
• Oversee communication for partnership development, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Support customer acquisition and engagement efforts through storytelling and brand advocacy.
• Work closely with operations and product teams to align marketing activities with platform goals.
