    Marketing Analyst

    Job Purpose

    • An innovative marketing analyst/coordinator to promote the company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing suitable marketing strategies to improve the business brand positioning with targeted audiences.
    • Must have extensive knowledge of marketing strategies to create appropriate brand strategies and campaigns that generate new leads and the right brand perception within the company’s referred customers.
    • An outstanding marketing analyst/co-ordinator will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Establish brand positioning strategies, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
    • Obtain and analyse customer insights, market research, and identify marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
    • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with other business units.
    • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies with appropriate recommendations.
    • Study company profile and operations to understand and determine the business marketing needs.
    • Advise on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing initiatives.
    • Generate innovative ideas to promote the business brand and the business products.
    • Create and manage content and updates from customers e.g.,testimonials, casestudies etc.
    • Develop marketing strategies that promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
    • Implement marketing campaigns that drive customer interest, from ideation to execution.
    • Gather customer and market insights to increase customer conversions and generatemore qualified leads.
    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.
    • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicatewith senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
    • Monitor and manage company’s social media platforms.
    • Provide sales support as required.
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies andvendors.
    • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis andallocate funds wisely.
    • Develop marketing initiatives and coordinate marketing strategies within businessunits.
    • Promote the business brand at major industry-related events.

    Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

    • B.Sc in Marketing or related field.
    • At least two (2) years experience as a marketing officer/ brand executive.
    • Proven track record and success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required tolearn.
    • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
    • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
    • Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience preferred.
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
    • Superb leadership and collaboration abilities.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N270,000 monthly
