    Marketing & Admissions Assistant - Wellington College International Lagos

    OBJECTIVES

    • The Marketing & Admissions (M&A) Assistant supports both the Marketing and Admissions teams in delivering a seamless parent experience. This role provides operational support across events, data, communication logistics, and basic digital tasks.

    Key Responsibilities
    Admissions Support

    • Manage RSVP lists, attendance records, and booking confirmations for admissions events.
    • Support documentation collection and preparation of application materials.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with data entry, tagging, and basic updates.

    Marketing Operations Support

    • Help manage email lists, parent communications, and basic CRM workflow tasks under direction of the Performance Marketing Manager.
    • Prepare materials for campaigns and communications (labels, mailing lists, printing tasks).

    Event Coordination (Marketing + Admissions)

    • Support onsite logistics for Open Days, webinars, community events, parent workshops, and school tours.
    • Manage RSVP lists, attendee data, and postevent followups.
    • Prepare event materials (signage, name tags, collateral, checkin sheets).
    • Coordinate with vendors for printing, photography, and supplies.
    • Provide event-day support: checkin, guiding families, recording attendance, and capturing basic content.

    General Administrative Support

    • Manage calendars, bookings, room reservations, and logistics for Marketing and Admissions events.
    • Support filing, document organisation, and digital archiving.
    • Assist the Director of Marketing and Director of Admissions with operational tasks as needed

    Requirements
    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • Highly organised and detailfocused with strong follow-through
    • Flexible and able to support both Marketing and Admissions priorities.
    • Comfortable interacting with prospective parents.
    • Good communication and multitasking skills.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, CMS platforms, or digital systems (training provided).
    • Experience with Microsoft Office; CMS/CRM familiarity a plus
